Easter Monday is a public holiday in many countries, serving as an extension of the Easter celebrations. It is often a day for relaxation, family gatherings and outdoor activities, allowing people to continue the joyous spirit of Easter Sunday. In Ontario, the majority of schools are closed on Easter Monday as it is a statutory federal holiday in Canada.
