Our Community

Welcome

Welcome

Branksome is so much more than a school. We’re a diverse and global community, thousands of members strong.

Students, alumnae, parents, grandparents and employees are just some of the groups who make up the broader Branksome community.

Each of us enjoys a unique, personal connection to Branksome. And yet, despite our many different perspectives and experiences, something powerful unites us all. We’re bound together by our shared ties and commitment to Branksome and one another.

Just as Branksome prepares students to shape a better world, the Branksome community shapes who we are as an institution. Branksome offers a wide range of engagement programs that help keep our school — and our community — strong.

No matter your affiliation, age, location or interests, you can be proud of your membership in the Branksome community.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
We wish to acknowledge this land on which Branksome operates. For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Wendat, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work and go to school on this land.*

*The Land Acknowledgement may evolve as we honour our commitment to Truth and Reconciliation in partnership with Indigenous communities.

Setting the new standard for girls' education everywhere takes collective action. From all of us.
