Orthodox Easter, also called Pascha, is the most important holiday in the Eastern Orthodox Church, a Christian festival and cultural holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus. People celebrate with church services, special foods and traditions such as the dyeing of eggs red and large family meals.
