Pink Shirt Day (Anti-Bullying Day)

Pink Shirt Day, also known as Anti-Bullying Day, is an international celebration held on the last Wednesday of February and raises awareness about the harmful effects of bullying and promotes kindness and inclusion. Participants wear pink shirts to symbolize their support for anti-bullying initiatives and to stand in solidarity with those affected by bullying.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
We wish to acknowledge this land on which Branksome operates. For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Wendat, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work and go to school on this land.*
