You always loved butterflies.
You loved the glass like wings,
The pleasing colours,
So dainty and bright.
So i painted your body
With bruises,
purple and blue.
Decorated it with scars.
I tore open your skin,
I tore open your skin,
As if you were escaping your cocoon.
Lips like razors,
As horror dripped from your eyes.
But why were you so fearful?
You always loved butterflies.
