Bronze Combo

In this week-long crash course, the candidates will be taught, evaluated and examined in Lifesaving Society’s Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross and Emergency First aid. Candidates will be challenged both mentally and physically on Judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness.

Water Smart Education

Swimmers will also learn the fundamentals of self-rescue, rescue of others and teamwork to complete most aquatic-related injuries in addition to the items in Emergency First aid such as CPR, Airway Obstructions, Assessments, Respiratory and Circulatory emergencies and more.

Prerequisite

13 years+ and able to swim 400m non-stop (Bronze Star preferred).

The Lifesaving Society provides a fun and challenging progression of lifesaving training programs. The Junior Lifeguard Club, Canadian Swim Patrol, and three Bronze medal awards are designed for swimmers between 8 and 15 years of age.
