What is Junior and Senior Science?

Camp Type: STEM

Are you intrigued by the wild and wonderful world of wacky science? From chemistry combinations to environmental challenges, campers will explore different scientific concepts and techniques to take them from hypothesis to conclusion! This camp focuses on exciting, hands-on experiments and captivating demonstrations designed to delight, surprise and inspire budding junior scientists to ask “why”—and discover the answers for themselves! Each day will also include camp-style programming and active outdoor play, and there will be the opportunity for recreational swimming twice during the week.

Camp Details

Dress Code

Dress for an active day.

Wear running shoes and comfortable clothing that can get dirty!

We recommend bringing a change of clothes in case of accidents or situations which require a change of clothes.

Daily Activities

Each camp has a focus and daily activities also include camp-style games and outdoor play.

Bring sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle labelled with your camper’s name.

Swimming

All camps include recreational swimming 2–3 times per week.

Bring a bathing suit and towel on your swim days (a schedule will be sent to registered families).

There is no alternative programming available during swim time.

Lunch and two snacks are included each day.
