Junior and Senior dance campers will enjoy exploring a variety of dance forms in our gorgeous dance studio!
What is the Junior & Senior Dance camp?
Campers will learn new dance styles and moves, and for those with dance experience or aptitude, be inspired and challenged by our Dance Camp Specialist who is a professional dancer. Campers will work towards performing a dance number at the end of the week in front of an audience of their peers. Performance-related crafts will also encourage campers to express themselves in different ways throughout the week. In addition, each day will include opportunities to participate in a variety of other indoor and outdoor camp-style activities, such as recreational swimming several times per week. No previous dance experience is required for either Junior or Senior Dance camp, just a desire to learn, be creative and have FUN!
Camp Guide
Dress Code
All campers should be dressed appropriately for an active Camp Program. Each camp day for all programs will include outdoor play. We recommend running shoes and comfortable clothing that can get dirty.
Daily Activities
While each camp has a focus, camp-style games and programming will also be incorporated every day, including daily outdoor activities. Please send sunscreen, a hat and water bottle labelled with your camper’s name to camp each day.
Swimming
Campers in all camp programs will have the opportunity to participate in recreational swimming 2–3 times per week. Campers should come prepared with a bathing suit and towel on their swim days (a schedule will be sent to registered families). Please note there is no alternative programming available during swim time.
Meals
Lunch and a healthy snack are included each day. Please refer to our FAQs to see a copy of the Camp menu.
