All visitors to campus must sign in at reception desks using Branksome’s visitor management system, Envoy, or register in advance for events. 

Please note: Adjustments to the Visitor Protocol may be made throughout the year based on public health requirements.

Branksome Hall welcomes parent/guardian volunteers and visitors, as parent support is a critical component of our community engagement and partnership. Any Branksome Hall parent/guardian volunteer and visitor is required to follow the Visitor Protocol.

Occasionally, parents may need to drop off an item for their daughter or pick up/drop off their child during the school day. If this situation arises, parents are asked to buzz into their designated reception area to allow a school employee to connect with the student so the item(s) can be received.

Prospective students and parents must book an appointment through Admissions and follow the Visitor Protocol.

Athletics spectators are welcome at all sporting events. Spectators must sign in at the relevant reception desk when they visit campus for an Athletics event. To view the CISAA Spectator Policy, please click here. Should you have any questions about Athletics protocols, please contact Katie Flynn.

Parents/caregivers of registered participants are welcome to spectate from the designated observation areas in the Athletics and Wellness Centre. Parents/caregivers must sign in at AWC Reception using Branksome’s visitor management system, Envoy.

Participants must access their program through the front door of the building where their activity will be taking place.
