Annual Fund

Annual Fund

The spirit of giving has been bright at Branksome Hall since our founding more than 120 years ago. As the bedrock of our fundraising, Annual Fund gifts support school life including curriculum development, financial assistance, the Athletics program, arts instruction and resources, and many vibrant co-curricular activities such as the Model UN Club. While tuition supports the school’s operations, the Annual Fund is pivotal to ensuring an exceptional education for our students.

Support the Make Way Campaign

Make way for the future! All gifts to the Annual Fund support the MAKE WAY campaign. You can designate your gift to one of our three campaign priorities:

Join Our Community of Circle Donors

Your gift helps us come full circle on our goals in so many ways. Plus, you enjoy the benefits! Branksome community members who donate $1,000 or more during the previous school year are invited to our Circle Reception each fall. It’s a special celebration of your generosity and a chance to spotlight the impact of your gift. We’re so grateful for our community members who decide to join the Branksome Circle!

More Ways to Give

Name a Make Way Stepping Stone

Step into this rare opportunity to leave your mark. The Stepping Stone Donor Wall will be a prominent architectural feature in iCAST’s main lobby. It’s time to reimagine the traditional “donor wall” and honour our community of generous iCAST supporters who chose to invest in the school’s vision for girls’ education in a beautiful way.

Make a Transformational Impact

Typically ranging in size from $25,000 to seven figures, gifts of this magnitude can be paid over time, typically between three to five years. Transformational gifts provide tax advantages and depending on the level, donors receive personalized recognition, including an opportunity to name a space within iCAST. It is a meaningful and impactful way to leave a permanent legacy.

The 10 Elm Society: Legacy Giving

A gift in your will, trust or life insurance is one of the easiest, most effective and flexible ways you can support Branksome Hall students for generations to come. The benefits? Choose to leave either a fixed amount or a percentage of your estate, the ability to modify your gift at any time, take advantage of tax savings and customize the impact of your gift to ensure it’s meaningful to you.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
We wish to acknowledge this land on which Branksome operates. For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work and go to school on this land.

Setting the new standard for girls' education everywhere takes collective action. From all of us.
