Branksome Camps Staff & Training

The Branksome Camps staff team is comprised of 140 caring, qualified people who love working with children! We carefully select our seasonal staff team each year based on qualifications, experience, enthusiasm, commitment and a passion for inspiring young people in each of our program areas.

Our staff are the key to our success, and therefore we invest significant time and resources to ensure our team is top-notch every summer. This includes an extensive application process with interview, references and Criminal Record Checks.

The safety of campers, both physical and emotional, is our top priority. All staff must attend mandatory intensive on-site training before each summer, and are required to have a valid Standard First Aid certification. Our Aquatics Team hold additional certifications, including National Lifeguard and Swim Instructors.

Our team is dedicated to making the camp experience amazing for each camper!
