Camp Staff & Hiring
Meet the Camps Senior Leadership team
Megan has spent her entire professional career in the Camp & Outdoor Education Community. Before becoming the Director of Branksome Camps in 2022, she spent 24 years working full-time at both overnight and day camps… Camp is in her blood! She deeply believes in the positive impact and skill development that camp can provide to both campers and staff. For that reason, she has also dedicated many volunteer hours to the Ontario Camps Association, by which Branksome is accredited, and charities that help support giving access to the life-changing experience of camp. When not at camp, Megan enjoys biking, spending time with family and friends, and travelling both near and far to experience new adventures!
With more than 20 years in arts education, youth programming and camp leadership, Naomi is dedicated to creating joyful spaces that are supportive and inspiring. A Toronto native, she spent the past decade in Colorado as Program Director and on Faculty at North America’s oldest residential performing arts school and camp, Perry-Mansfield. With a background in acting and musical theatre, Naomi knows how creativity helps youth trust their instincts and explore with confidence. She brings that same approach to Branksome Camps, sparking curiosity, growth and belonging. Naomi is excited to help campers embrace their individuality and feel empowered to shine!
Lesley Martel has spent six years in the world of overnight camps, where she discovered a passion for supporting meaningful, fun and organized experiences for kids and youth. Lesley combines a love for people with a talent for administration, operations and logistics. Whether coordinating camp programs, supporting staff, or helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes, Lesley thrives on building environments where young people can grow, learn and have fun.
