Cristina Coraggio Honoured Among Top Women Leaders of 2025

Cristina Coraggio, Branksome Hall's Chief Advancement and Engagement Officer, has been named one of The Top Women Leaders of 2025 by Women We Admire, a prestigious recognition celebrating visionary and empathetic leadership. The award highlights leaders who have successfully navigated complex challenges, cultivated inclusive teams and driven long-term growth.
Cristina, who has been instrumental in advancing Branksome Hall's mission and strategic priorities since she joined in 2016, was recognized alongside 27 other women from diverse sectors, including technology, finance and non-profit organizations. The honourees are selected for their ability to foster environments where individuals can thrive and perform at their best. Women We Admire commended the winners for their effective communication, mentorship and resilience, all of which are hallmarks of outstanding leadership.
Cristina’s recognition reflects her significant contributions to Branksome Hall, where she oversees the school’s marketing and events, fundraising, communications, alum and parent relations, and Uniform Shop portfolios. Her work focuses on strengthening community ties and securing resources that enhance the educational experience for students, including the school’s current and award-winning Make Way campaign to support the opening of the Karen L. Jurjevich Innovation Centre and Studio Theatre in 2026. Cristina’s career began in journalism and then transitioned into the educational sector, with a focus on advancement marketing and communications. She worked at McGill University, the University of Toronto and Upper Canada College before joining Branksome.
